I thought they were fake at first but she said they are real and I wondered if she got an enhancement

She had surgery year ago in Moscow




Second picture says "my old implants, so soft"

First and third are from right after it. Maybe she wears breast plate on top of them, I am not sure, but size and fact they don't look as fake as before makes me think not.

If I had to guess she wore breast plates and liked them, or liked making money off them, and decided to get XL implants later on. You can also see surgeries in face, so seems she switched her looks to match it. This is how she started, before plates, surgeries and all

Thank you. Thats good to know. I thought for sure they were actual breasts in the newest pics. They did not look like prosthetics
