been trying to do it for a bit now how are you getting the inpaint to not warp or is it just only short instances that are possible? also weights on ebysnth?

Yeah, each keyframe will only cover a short clip before the video changes enough and warping/smearing happens

To get longer clips you'll need to do multiple keyframes and stitch them together, eg here's 1 keyframe vs 5 keyframes:
