They have always looked like that. She just uses more detailed cameras with less saturated filters and less contrast than she used to. While it isn't the average, nipple tissue being lighter than surrounding skin happens more than you would think. It doesn't require some crazy explanation. It is just natural variation.

She thought she was 183 cm (6'0) but recently she measured at the doctor's office and her height was 180 cm (almost 5'11).
