Same happening to me, main chrome tab doesn't work, it works well on incognito, cleared cookies but still doesn't work, did you close the browser completely first and ran something like CCleaner?

cleared the last 24 hour and it worked, i closed the browser but dont remember if before or after

Yes, you only need a valid card, you won´t be charged and you can cancel the plan inmediately and still have the trial.
