He cheated on her with some random girl because she was that horrible to deal with on a daily basis.
Her being on multiple categories of meds backs up just how awful she must've been to deal with.

Your age comparison is nonsensical. Their ages when they stopping making content together is the only relevant piece of information.
Furthermore, any guy that's had a psycho ex or a girl that wasn't mentally stable in their life will tell you all the greatest sex in the world isn't worth it if she makes your life a living hell.
And a lot of people make the assumption that she was freely swallowing him whole daily...
What if she only did that to make content towards the end of the relationship?
Guys getting mind blowing sex don't cheat, unless there's conditions being put on whether or not she will do certain acts.

My guess is that she is chasing the recent "Goth Girl" Meta on IG. ie Morgpie always seems to know how to game the system for eyeballs. And so this feels like she saw the posts with ButtercupCosplay, pinkchyuwu, nixxi.cat, & bellbobagginses and decided to steer into that skid.
