Anyway, no one asked but i want to teach you how to find confessions on Youtube by yourself:

I recently discovered a powerful site called Filmot, which is a giant archive of YouTube video transcripts.
Basically you can search for an exact word or phrase of your choice, and it will show you all the YouTube videos where that word or phrase is said, directing you to the exact moment it was said

In the following example, i search for videos where the word "threesome" is said, where the words "porn" and "Onlyfans" are not said, and the videos must have "Interview" in the title. I also decided that the results obtained should be given to me from the most recent to the oldest:
https://filmot.com/search/"threesome" -porn -onlyfans/1?title="interview"&sortField=uploaddate&sortOrder=desc&gridView=1&

Of course, it's possible that some celebrity will talk about these things in videos that don't have "Interview" in the title, so different combinations of words should be tested

And notice that it even works with DELETED VIDEOS! This is an example

Of course this is a great tool that I also recommend for SFW things, like learning foreign language pronunciations.

Because that pose was a celebrity's visual reference to sex with multiple partners, not an admission. Putting an admission as a Thumbnail is quite difficult. If people prefer, I can remove the Thumbnail and continue the Thread without it, as it was before (or suggest an alternative).
