Is it just me, or there been a fairly high increase on imouto-type vtubers recently? Not even loli, specifically imouto. Or is that one of those things where you see one, and suddenly you percieve all the others?

Either that or it’s turning into a trend. One of those tropes that’s getting a lot of attention so others Vtubers are jumping ships on it while it’s still warm

It was most likely mental health. Tempus had planned for their half anniversary celebration to do 2 simultaneous off-collabs as in, both Axel and Vesper would travel to Japan, and Altare and Magni would meet in the US and stream at the same time. Due to negligence, cowardice, neglect, or whatever other reason, Vesper didn't do his due diligence to make sure if he could bring his anti-axiety meds with him so he just didn't bring them. Vesper spent a couple of days sight seeing, and meeting staff at the office which ended up triggering his anxiety, he then refused to leave his apartment, ghosted the cooking off-collab with Axel, and then returned to the US way earlier than planned.
Most people think that the thought of having to repeat it all over again for his 3D debut was what made him quit.
Axel still speaks highly of both Vesper and Magni and wishes he got to meet them.

I dont think someone who ghosted his employer and fucked off to slum it on a bike for a few weeks need to try to know that corpo vtuber is not for him
