Grok has zero clue what a scrotum is and it shows: T2I prompt that yields pretty varying results and positions that allows for animation. Might have to tweak it or just brute force the animation until one sticks but typically gives dick sucking, fucking etc. Try using scrotum instead of the word penis/cock/phallus in your own prompts and it might be the trick to get you some good ones.

The anime sticker trick still works but moderation has definitely been tweaked to be more aggressive recently.
